Terms of Service

By using TouchMac (including the iPhone/iPad and Mac apps, the "Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase tied to your Apple account and usable on that account's devices. You may not decompile or resell the Service, or use it to provide unauthorized third-party access services.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may connect only to computers you own or are authorized to control. Using the Service for unauthorized access to another person's device is unlawful and will result in termination of your license.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your pairing credentials and PINs, and for revoking a device's pairing if it is lost.

3. Remote Access Service

• Remote Access is a subscription add-on that relies on the signaling and relay infrastructure we operate.
• We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and can be canceled at any time in your Apple account settings; after cancellation, service continues until the end of the current period.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Streaming quality depends on your network environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service (including but not limited to data loss, lost game progress, or business interruption). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

5. Third Parties

Mac, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Games and software you operate through the Service remain subject to their own license terms.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. If you violate these terms, we may terminate your license. You may stop using and delete the App at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and both parties agree to submit to the courts of Hong Kong as the courts of first instance.
